Responsibility for various aspects of guild management is shared by various officers and leaders on an as-needed and as-willing basis - no one person handles just the Raid leading duties, or website maintenance. If you have a question, ask any officer and you will be directed to the person who can best assist you.
Our guild management structure consists of a Guild Leader and co-GL's, who serve in both administrative and leadership roles, and Officers and Veterans, who the Guild Leaders consult with for consensus on any major policy decisions. ALL members are encouraged to share their thoughts and opinions with any of the above, all of whom are friendly and receptive to any member's concerns or questions. Although guild management is not elected, members can expect that their input is wanted and represented just as if they had. The September Movement was founded on principles of democratic free speech, responsibility and accountability. That doesn't make us perfect - just willing to admit to our mistakes, fix and learn from them.
